We don’t know who coined Do West Fest as “Toronto’s Start to the Summer” but it’s low-key kinda true..
Formerly known as Dundas West Fest, this street takeover is one of the best of the summer and it’s going down this upcoming weekend. It’s a family friendly day party that goes into the evening and features everything from live music to street performances and some of the best food you’ll find in the city.
Definitely worth checking out during the daytime - and maybe pair it with one of the events below to round out a full Saturday or Sunday.

🎉 Dundas West is fully closed to vehicle traffic from Ossington to Landsdowne all weekend for Do West Fest. Plan around it if you're crossing town through Little Portugal.
⚾ Blue Jays are home all weekend: The Jays host the Orioles all three days at Rogers Centre - Friday at 7:07pm, Saturday at 3:07pm, Sunday at 1:37pm. Entertainment District and waterfront will be busy through each afternoon and evening, especially Saturday's day game.
🏀 Toronto Tempo home game on Sunday: The Tempo host the Chicago Sky at Coca-Cola Coliseum on Sunday, June 7 at 3pm. Exhibition Place will be busier than usual Sunday afternoon, on top of Jays traffic at Rogers Centre at the same time.
🚧 Ongoing - Fleet Street closure: Fleet Street is closed from Strachan Avenue to Fort York Boulevard through July 31 for FIFA transit infrastructure improvements.
